We put a lot of time and effort into describing and photographing the products we sell using manufacturer’s websites, catalogues, our own photography studio and often our own descriptions of the products.
Although we aim that every picture and description is 100% accurate, mistakes do occur so let us know if you see or read something that isn’t correct. If you’ve purchased something based on a picture or description on the website which turns out to be incorrect, we’ll happily replace or refund the product.

All prices listed on Tea-turtle.com are correct at the time of entering. Your credit card or debit card will be charged at the point of purchase unless your items are pre-order items in which case we will not charge your credit or debit card until the items are back in stock and ready to be dispatched. If a genuine error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price. In the event that you order an item and the price published on Teaturtler.com is incorrect for any reason, we will email you to inform you that we have not accepted your order, and shall refund any amount already paid to us.
Delivery takes between 2nd and 4th of each month or 16th and 18th depending on which half of the month you order. Delivery is via 2nd class Royal Mail. However, if the parcel is over a certain weight or value it will require a signature on delivery. We cannot guarantee delivery in these time frames unless we have the full and correct delivery address (including company name if applicable).
Sometimes, for example during exceptionally busy periods, there is a chance your order may be slightly delayed. If this does occur, we shall inform you as soon as possible. Please note that some addresses like the Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands and Ireland may take a little longer. All deliveries are subject to the couriers Terms and Conditions.
We are able to offer a limited service to send gifts within Europe.

Teaturtle’s aim is to provide a Returns service that is totally hassle-free for you. If you’re not completely satisfied with an item you may return it within 4 weeks of purchase, and as long as the item isn’t opened we’re happy to receive it back for a refund.
The goods must be in their original condition and include all parts, accessories and packaging. To speed up your return, the goods should be accompanied with the packing slip and / or order reference . The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse –

NOTE: Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items. Please do not tape up or attach labels direct to the retail packaging, please wrap the item first. Please ensure you mark your parcel, ‘RETURNED GOODS’.
It may take up to 7 working days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. However, once we receive your goods, we will inspect and process them within 24hrs. Refunds will automatically be issued to the same payment method used to purchase the goods. As soon as your return has been processed by us we will email you to let you know. In the unlikely event that you don’t receive this email within 10 days of posting your parcel to us, please get in touch with us.
If your purchase isn’t everything you expected it to be and you wish to exchange an item the simplest and quickest thing to do is place a brand new order for your new item and return the old one to us for a full refund.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is being returned as a result of our error, (damaged, defective, wrong item sent etc), we will refund Royal Mail First Class or Standard Parcel postage costs.
